  5. A herb known as Feverfew (that looks like a daisy) is also said to help relieve migraine pain. People say that it helps a lot, though there is not enough evidence regarding this herb.
  6. Another oil that you can apply is Peppermint Oil. Peppermint Oil contains menthol which may stop the migraine pain and even may stop it from coming in the first place.
  7. Ginger helps in easing nausea which is caused due to many reasons, including migraines.
  8. Yoga is a wonderful way to keep your body in shape and also healthy from within. It also helps in migraines too. Yoga helps in improving anxiety and also improves vascular health.
  9. Biofeedback can be done too. It is a relaxation method. In this technique, you learn how to control autonomic reactions to stress. This is very helpful to ease migraine pains.
  10. Don’t forget to add Magnesium to your daily diet. Magnesium deficiency is often linked to headaches and especially migraines. Foods like almonds, sunflower seeds, peanut butter, eggs, are rich in magnesium.
  11. Lastly, go for a massage. According to research, a massage improves perceived stress and also helps in coping skills. At the same time, it helps in decreasing heart rate, cortisol levels, and anxiety.
